JOB GOAL:To provide instruction during non-school hours to enhance student’s development in the following areas: Recreation and Leisure, Social Interactions, Arts and Humanities,
Academic Skills or Use of Technology.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Design and deliver instruction to provide enrichment in the specified area.

2.Use a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with the needs and capabilities of the students involved.

3.Maintain a friendly and supportive attitude.

4.Accept responsibility for appropriate utilization of and care of equipment, materials and facilities.

5.Secure needed materials and supplies.

6.Maintain student participation information.

7.Provide student progress information to parents or school staff as needed.

8.Maintain accurate records of work schedule.

9.Adhere to work schedule provided by Principal or Program Coordinator.

10.Take all reasonable and necessary precautions to ensure the safety of students.

11.Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Principal or Program Coordinator.
